Despite the ongoing contract dispute, I am happy to report all of our laid-off members have been given the opportunity to return to work.
Although there were some who could not afford to return at the reduced wages and such that were forced upon us, at least we have some closure on certain issues and the work force is able to move on with the tasks at hand.

One bit of good news is the committment by the Company to keep the manpower numbers up. The steps have been put in place to prepare to hire workers to replace some of the ones we lost.
The shame of this is, not only will they will start with lower wages and benefits. We also lost trained and established workers who were our friends.

I have been told orders have improved and new customers are close to placing orders with us.

We will continue to fight for a fair contract and not settle for the one that has been thrust upon us.

Thanks again and I am proud all of you and your efforts.
